We propose you visit our oasis of wellness and health: our Fitness Center. Here you will be assisted by good professionals in massage, sauna and physical exercises.
Using our latest fitness equipment like Life Fitness Strength multifunctional Gym and Life cycles: Exercise Bike, Fitness cross-trainer, Fitness Stair-climber, you will shape and invigorate your body after an intense working day.
Also in Fitness Center you can find the sauna with amazing fresh smells, and this is the very place where you can completely leave behind its door all your concerns or commitments… Just you and your relaxing mood.
Fitness Center and Sauna are complimentary for our dear hotel guests, being open from 7:00 am until 23:00 p.m.
In addition to this, in Fitness Center you can enjoy a gentle relaxing massage that consists in effleurage techniques (long slow manipulations) to soothe the body and mind. This massage is designed to induce a sense of peace and relaxation, however, increases blood flow to the body, ridding the body of toxins and aiding the immune system. It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program of stress management.
