The taste of home made cuisine in the Ambassador Restaurant, LEOGRAND Hotel & Convention Center.

In order to try the delicious dishes of the home made French, Thai or Mexican cuisine, it is not necessary to get on a trip to these countries. In October month, in the Ambassador Restaurant menu will appear a page of home made dishes of the chef, and then everyone will be able to try the various masterpieces of national cuisine, cooked according to the old recipes.
At the core of the national gastronomy there are several factors determining the character of the national cuisine: the source of products, technology and method of warm treatment, and the originality of the product combination.
The national cuisines of different countries and nations have a mutual influence, enriching each other, but at the same time not excluding their identity. As each nation is using their technology of preparation, gives to any borrowed dishes and food its distinctive taste and flavor.
In different countries the food is prepared in different ways, and everywhere it is well prepared. It is thought that it is useful to get acquainted with the world in terms of cuisine. In October month, in the Ambassador restaurant, will be presented not only traditional Moldavian home made cuisine but also the cuisine of other nations of the world, including the most distant corners of the globe.
