Valerii Didulea in Moldova Again, LEOGRAND Hotel & Convention Center hostesses famous international stars.An enchanting evening with majestic guitar music, rebellious and at the same time harmonic at the Restaurant Curtea Vinatorului.This wonderful live presentation was offered to the public of Chisinau City by the well-known guitarist Valerii Didulea with his group of musicians.They managed to make the warm summer evening a fairy musical scene which will be remembered for a long time.

The Belgian Prime Minister visited Moldova On June 14th LEOGRAND Hotel & Convention Center welcomed the Belgian Prime Minister. Mr.Yves Leterme has arrived in Moldova in order to participate in President Cup cycling competitions.He mentioned that Belgium is interested in any types of events that are held in Moldova.Also, Mr.Leterme expressed his confidence ,that Moldova will reach with success its purpose of recieving the status of full member of European Union.The Belgian Prime Minister has visited a number of the enterprises with the Belgian capital and has remarked the seriousness of Moldovian workers.In the same time Yves Leterme has emphasized, that a variety of spheres which the Belgian businessmen invested in,lead to business growth in the country.

Miss Moldova 2008 On May 23rd LEOGRAND Hotel & Convention Center hosted the National Beauty Contest Miss Moldova 2008.This evening on a stage best of the best ladies of the country, amazing with the beauty ,grace and charm shone, but only one will have the chance to put on a crown of the winner and to represent Republic of Moldova in International Beauty Contest Miss World 2008.During long discussions, among 22 participants of the contest, the International jury has defined the title holder Miss Moldova 2008, there was Yana Varnacova, the most beautiful lady of the Republic of Moldova.

On May 15th, LEOGRAND Hotel & Convention Center hosted the opening of the personal exhibition of painter and designer Dumitru Balica.After the graduation of Plastic Arts and Design Faculty, Mr.Balica participated at numerous tournaments, competitions and exhibitions, which brought him success.His paintings are presented in personal collections in Italy,U.S.A, Ukraine,United Kingdom and Republic of Moldova.

On March 14 th,LEOGRAND Hotel & Convention Center welcomed the well-known Russian singer and actor Mihail Boiarskii,who came to the Republic of Moldova.The main purpose of visiting Moldova was the concert which he gave during the Corporate Event.This was not his first visit to Moldova,about 25 years ago,he was playing in the movie Mosty,which was shot in the Republic of Moldova.

Hollywood came to Moldova with the visit of the famous actor Steven Seagal. On November 23rd, Leogrand Hotel & Convention Center welcomed the well-known Hollywood actor Steven Seagal,who came to the Republic of Moldova.During his stay Mr.Seagal learnt a lot about Moldova and Moldovan traditions.That is why he has visited a lot of places as monastries and churches,orphanages, and of course traditional wine cellars.Steven Seagal decided to extend his stay in Moldova,because he found this country very attractive .The last day of the visit Mr.Seagal gave a press-conference in which was announced that he will visit Moldova again in the nearest future.

Personal Art Exhibition of Tatiana Todorova in Artium Gallery of Leogrand Hotel & Convention Center Ms.Tatiana Todorova was born in Chisinau.She graduated from the piano class of Stefan Neaga Music College in Chisinau.She has been taking part in exhibitions of young painters since 1989.After that first grand success Tatiana Todorova's works were exhibited repeatedly both in Moldova and abroad.Last year the painter was presenting Moldova at a personal exhibition in Strasburg,Germany.
